Shipping, Returns, and Exchange Policy

Free shipping for all United States customers. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once its shipped, transit usually takes 3-5 business days, not including holidays for delivery. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments maybe delayed. If this occurs, we will notify you via email or telephone. 

Returns
We have a 30 day policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
All refunds are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days, not including holidays.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund within 7-10 business days, not including holidays, contact your bank or credit card company payment was made with. Refund sometimes maybe delayed before it is officially posted back into your account or original method of payment. If problem persist after taken the steps as instructed, please contact us at stronxs1@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this occurs, email us at stronxs1@gmail.com. Once your email is received, we will send you instructions within 1-5 business days not including holidays to start the exchanging process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
